Countertop Implementations

PanelRak is an innovative modular organizing system that is compromised of panels, baskets, side fins and legs that allow for a variety of merchandising solutions. A large selection of standard baskets and specialty baskets (for items such as napkins, cup lids, and flavored syrup bottles) allow for virtually endless configuration options. Panels accommodate most traditional peg board and slatwall hardware such as hangers, pegs, and shelf brackets (not included). PanelRak is great for countertop organization of impulse items for purchase (as shown above) or condiments in your foodservice or beverage service areas (as shown below).

The PanelRak Modular Organizing System features specialty baskets for things like napkins, cup lids, flavored syrup bottles, condiment shakers, and straws - all of which make PanelRak a great addition to your convenience store's hot beverage service area. 

Because PanelRak is modular, you can configure the panels and baskets to work in tandem with your foodservice equipment. As shown in the below example, the panels and baskets are organized next to the roller grill while also accommodating the placement of the bun cabinet and cold condiment unit that share space on the counter with the grill and the PanelRak components housing shelf-stable condiment items and related utensils.

Double-Sided Implementation of PanelRak

In addition to being able to configure PanelRak to work around equipment, you can also place PanelRak back-to-back on countertops, making it great for use on your convenience store's beverage service island, like how Core-Mark did at their Center of Excellence.

The folks at Core-Mark added baskets to the side fins on the outer edges, taking advantage of how even the side fins of PanelRak include slots for baskets or hooks.

Pre-Assembled Kits

We offer pre-assembled kits appropriate for coffee service areas in five configurations (four different sizes, one size in two different formats) and for hot food condiments in four configurations. Kits range in size from a 12" wide by 18" high panel arrangement up to 36" wide by 24" high panel arrangements*.

Each kit also includes separate dividers for the baskets so you can adjust the spacing of your baskets to suit your portion control (PC) condiments or sweetener packet offerings.

Our Hot Food Kit options includes space for items such as condiment bottles, snack size chip bags to cross-merchandise your roller grill products for combos, paper food boats and sleeves, and plenty of room for PC condiment packets of ketchup, mustard, and relish.

Alternative Implementations

PanelRak Modular Organizing System panels can be attached to walls or other vertical surfaces, and used with the side fins and legs. These implementations make a great addition to cashwraps, below the counter, where space is already at a premium, in order to add impulse items at checkout. Our PanelRak baskets as well as most traditional peg board and slatwall hardware such as hangers, pegs, and shelf brackets (not included), will still attach correctly to the panels (each of our PanelRak panels has space in the back to accommodate the tabs of our baskets and pegs of other hardware, because of the flanges).
